Red Wings Crowd Hilariously Rallies Behind Kid On JumboTron

Little feel-good video to kick off your Monday. Entire Red Wings crowd rallying behind that little kid and making his day. Sure they are setting unrealistic self-esteem levels for him at a young age which will eventually cripple his psyche later in life, but it certainly makes for a good video now. Basically the Red Wings have 2 choices – officially adopt the kid as their mascot, or let him drop into a deep depression at age 8 when he realizes the world doesn’t revolve around him and it’s not all gum drops and 15,000 people cheering you on. 2nd grade is going to be a rude awakening for him.

But the good news is the Red Wings won 6-4 so it wasn’t all for naught.
